Toby at Woody's is asked to set up and open the bar at the Forbury Hotel!
November 2005 saw the headhunting of Toby, our top bartender, to set up the bar at the newest 5* hotel in Reading, The Forbury Hotel. Toby was asked to devise a cocktail list to tantalise the tastebuds of the people of Berkshire. Not only are there everyone's firm favourites but some unusual cocktails, some of which are brand new! Lucky Toby was sent to Cuba to learn how to make the best authentic Mojito in the country, so spent a week working hard testing all his mojitos until he reached perfection!
